The American Heart Association was founded in 1924 by a group of cardiologists. They started the organization to fund medical research and educate the public on how to improve their heart health.
This is not really computer-related, but I decided to post it because those of us who sit in front of a computer all day are not the healthiest bunch in the world. This is a kind of PSA to remind us all to take better care of ourselves and our loved ones as we head into the holidays. I know that the holidays can be a time for enjoying good food (believe me, I’m guilty of this too). It is also a good time to take stock of our health, both physical and mental. Remember when you sit down to eat your Thanksgiving or Christmas feast, Brussels sprouts are good for you. If you cook them right, they even taste good.
