Bill Gates Advertises for the Wall Street Journal
Last week was very busy, so I was unable to get an article done. So I decided to do two this week.
I know this ad isn’t for something computer related, but I just thought it was funny. This ad would have appeared about a month before Windows was released. Bill would have been 30. I wonder how much it costs to get a young Bill to shill your product? I also love how they had to use his whole name and title to make up for his 12-year-old face.

I would bet that there was an "in kind" deal for this advertisement. you pointed out it was a month before Windows... so a month later, everybody in business is hit with Windows.
