Happy Thanksgiving to all my American readers. If you are from outside the States, I hope that you are having a good Thursday.
I apologize for the lack of posts. The last couple of weeks have been extremely busy, both at work and at home. As the old saying goes, when it rains, it pours. Things have started to look up, though.
A couple of months ago, I enabled paid subscriptions for this newsletter, but didn’t really do anything with it. I’ve decided to change that. So for the next week, I have decided to hold a Happy Thanksgiving/Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale. If you upgrade to a paid subscription during that time, it will be 50% off for life. That means, if you choose a month subscription, you will be charged $2.50 per month instead of $5…forever.
You may be wondering what benefits you will receive as a paid subscriber. Unfortunately, there aren’t any benefits at the moment. I haven’t been able to think of any. That doesn’t mean there won’t be in the future. For the time being, you’ll have the knowledge that you are inspiring a computer historian to write about his favorite topic. If you have suggestions of benefits for paid subscriber, please put it in the comments below.
If for some reason, you don’t want to take advantage of the sale you can also support my work using the following methods (I wanted to cover all of my bases):
I’ve been debating whether to start a Patreon or a Locals account. Thoughts?
Once again, I wish all of you a Happy and peaceful Thanksgiving (because we all have that family member or members).
John Paul Wohlscheid
P.S. If you have any issues, let me know in the comments and I will do my best to fix them.
