As usual, I looked up SoftLogic on opencorporates. The oldest company on the list was incorporated in 1990 and based in New York. In my research, I found ads for SoftLogic products in computer magazines from the 1980s. So, I decided to go directly to the New Hampshire Secretary of State.
According to the New Hampshire SOS’s website, SoftLogic Solutions, Inc. was created on September 27, 1983. The company was dissolved thirteen years later on November 1, 1996.
